ostarine Vs cardarine for a cut?

I’m starting to cut soon. I’m 6’3 and 200 lbs.

I’m debating whether to use cardarine or ostarine.

What do y’all think? Also, what should my calorie deficit look like?

cardarine isn't even suppressive bro. no pct needed. the only concern is with osta, 8 weeks at a womens dose should be fine.
