You cannot inject cells as they would be recognized as foreign agents and, as such, attacked by the immune system.
If you mean injecting osteoblastogenic compounds and anti-osteoclastogenic compounds, the problem would be that they are systemic. If you were to inject those into your viens, they would act on your entire body. I have also read a study saying that upregulating Wnt/B-Catenin caused calcification of veins where they were injected or something like that. I am currently researching ways to overcome the 2nd limitation(gatekeeping for now because I want some reps).
