Osteotomy to correct low cheekbones?

Low cheekbones are arguably worse than a bad lower third. My cheekbones protrude laterally too, making things even worse.

Are there ostteotomies to correct this? I know a ZSO isn't necessarily the best option, but I'm wondering if they can move the cheeks higher during that?

That's what I was thinking. But, if you have recessed cheeks, fillers may be better to augment if you're going to repeat a procedure multiple times
