other diuretics except eple for daily use

I wouldn’t take diuretics in general but if u are looking for some with minimal effects on hormonal balance probably amiloride and triamterene worked well.

the correct way is first you take diuretics to debloat and then take epleronone to stay debloated for a while

I just didn’t have a good experience in general but I think in many cases they are helpful.

haha as a teen maybe i just try potassium citrate atp and furosemide once every while
