Other side of face is htn, other side is lmtn, am i cooked?

Maxillary asymmetry issues, probably connected to other side of palate being more narrow. The bonestructure is way less developed from mandible to cheekbone to brow, am i just slightly deformed? Is there a way to fix this? I’m considering MARPE, but i’m not sure if it’s of any help.
