Other than dental teeth whitening, what ACTUALLY works to an insane degree for teeth whitening?

I'm not just talking about face level shit on tiktok, I was a fucking chud 2020-2023 and with that came minimal hygiene and i regret it, my teeth arent straight yellow, but they're not white.

What works???

I know theres probably a mustread guide on org already but I want to hear from experience if anyone reading had any trouble with the same thing, dental options like colouring, composite bonding and even as far as veneers or crowns are really fucking expensive.

i know pneumo done the dental shit at his own house by himself for cheap i feel like id be too scared to actually attempt that.

Whitening strips work very well, just get the crest 3d white strips highest level and use them 2 hours daily, it says max 30 but don’t be a faggot, your teeth will be very white I did this and I get complements on my teeth every day, however your teeth will be very sensitive and hurt and make it hard to eat, which is good too as you will lean out.
