Other than injectables, what are good skincare prodcuts for moderate to severe acne?

My stack is a Salicylic acid based gel cleanser in the mornings and cream cleanser in the evenings.

Why the fuck do people try to be different just get on accutane literally no downsides and if you get any side effects it’s still fucking worth it you just wasting your money with those shitty products

Accutane. Just find a doctor that would prescribe it and ur chilling

im trying out tret rn before hopping on accutane and it seems promising even at week 2 (used adapalene with benzyl peroxide for 12+ weeks prior)
