Allergies, Drugs/Alcohol, poor air quality, deviated septum, ect..

I agree though a lot of this tends to happen from the beginning from malnutrition in the womb or not being breast fed.

Yeah, this comes from poor health, inflammation, which is mostly from the food you eat. Unless you also grow up in some industiral shit-hole, to be fair, your diet would also be horrible.
