Yeah it helps alot with skin texture and tightness. Old people get that really loose rough skin with hella wrinkles because of the depletion overtime of the collagen in your skin (plus sun exposure over their long life). Alot of people dont recognize how truly huge collagen is. Definitely collagenmax.
Also try some vitamin c serum on your undereyes because they're really dark, and if that doesnt help much start using volufline to cause fat growth under your eyes (the cause of the darkness is due to there not being enough undereye fat which causes all the blood vessels underneath to be really prominent, this is why not sleeping well makes it worse bc the vessels become inflamed). Caffeine serums can help aswell but its only temporary because it just temporarily shrinks the blood vessels.
Other than that you've got good bones and harmony, assuming you're 6ft+ once you collagenmax and fix the eyebags you'll easily be chadlite.

Assuming Your Maxilla is developed, I’d settle for focusing your eye area, cheek implant wouod increase under eye support and then go to a medals and do PRP under eye treatment, maybe clear your skin and do some Yeux clair aswell
