I should do go to a orthodontist or a maxillofacial surgeon to get my maxilla checked.

I have a flat or a recessed maxilla and I just turned 17 and I want to see if there is still some forward growth potential left or have my bones fused if there is some growth left then will do it with mse mask or marpe or palate expander maybe headgear too. And how do I pick the best doctor possible.
