other than surgery is there any other eay to make ipd narrower

Mine is like 3mm or around that above ideal range, since roods have a chance at compacting orbitals when tkaen duringn puberty, coukd that give the affect of a narrower ipd, or could it infact make it look wider? Or just do nothing at all?
