If i get an otoplasty ill finally reach a good htn level. My ears are my only drastic failo tbh.

But im afraid to get judged by my friends when i get it.

Any advice from someone who got it?

Honestly most people don’t even notice or care as much as you think, and if it’s something that will make you feel more confident, it’s worth it. Friends might make a small comment at first, but then they’ll move on. What matters is how you feel in the long run. If fixing your ears helps you stop obsessing over them and finally feel at peace with your look, then it’s a positive move.

Just grow out your hair and recover with ur hair covering your ears.

Nobody will notice after a year that your ears have changed
