What is the consensus on getting otoplasty before or after jaw surgery? Help me out guys I don’t know if I should wait till after or not

You couldn't have picked two more diametrically unrelated surgeries. It really doesn't matter.
I would knock out the otoplasty first, instead of waiting months for your jaws to heal to then do it.
Then you'll be able to fully enjoy your new bite, facial structure, etc. without the distraction of big ears.

Any tips on looking for otoplasty docs?

As with any surgery, seek a specialist with a real passion for the procedure for the best possible result.
That said, not sure that kind of focus is as common for ear surgery as it is for something like rhino... and it's probably not as important with a relatively minor and easy op like otoplasty as it is for, again, something extremely difficult to get perfect like rhino... but worth a look.

Otoplasty was my first surgery, many years ago, long pre-dating communities like this, and I went to more of a generalist who specialized in something else. Result was good, certainly a dramatic improvement, but with time, not perfect, and I learned my lesson. Maybe it's obvious to everyone here now, but I only went to specialists after that.

I want to an ear/nose/neck specialist for my otoplasty. He knew the importance of keeping things looking natural and definitely very happy with everything. I highly recommend going to someone that knows what he is doing.

Get ears done first because you will feel better about it, it’s also a very simple procedure.

@Cares @Darkwill the only thing I’m worried about doing it before is that the ears obviously need to be pinned back so they are in the correct alignment with the face/lower jaw. After my bimax my shape will change with the rotation of the maxilla and extension mandible and genioplasty. That’s why I’m leaning towards getting it done after so that the ear will be in proportion and optimal position to my new facial angles
