As a patient myself,
I would say that Otoplasty is one of the best surgeries to consider if your ears stick out. Simply no longer having protruding ears significantly increases your attractiveness. Moreover, the procedure isn’t very expensive, it’s not very painful (would say 1,5/10), and within two weeks you're recovered for a permanent result. If your ears stick out, I believe otoplasty should be your priority.

Well yes and no because some are really expensive or can be botched/ are invasive or recovery time being long as fuck. Meanwhile otoplasty is cheap af/very unlikely you get botched (even if it happens revision is easy). And it's almost an instant looksmax. Basically if someone as flared ears he should get the surgery asap

That's not me it was just a pic for attention, im not scared trust me, i did oto/rhino/bimax/genio already, planning to do HT and maybe fat graft for my eyes which are a really big failo for me
