Otoplasty or Rhino needed on top of Trimax?

My bad for the spam threads about my hardmaxxing, I live and learn quick lol. I have decided on trimax fuck ortho and genio I need the real deal, I'm thinking about Dr. Pena in Turkey because he opts to do surgery first method which is huge for me not having to wait a year yk. My next question is if I should add a rhino or otoplasty on top of the trimax, from what I hear rhino is more popular but otoplasty is an add on thats pretty high roi. I added a photo that shows my ears and nose pretty clearly. What else do you guys think is needed for me to ascend I truly think I can ascend to HHTN-CL with a couple more things like losing bf to 10-12% and a couple softmaxes.

Neither is too important but if I had to choose one I’d go with the otoplasty. Your nose is fine.

You should probably search for a good surgeon to do lip reduction surgery post-bimax

for rhino i was just thinking about alar base reduction. What wil happen to my lips ? You think its gonna be too big after or its too big rn?

Ideal nose width is equal to intercanthal distance. That tiny amount of your nose that goes over isn’t worth the risk of getting botched. Alarplasty is a fine art that not many have mastered. You should only go to a world class expert.

You should worry a the LeFort cut potentially widening your alar base. Talk to your surgeon about alar cinch and W osteotomy.

Your lips already need reducing now.

thanks do you think eren pera is good in turkey he does surgery first and even though im class 3 bite im hoping he takes me as surgery first. Do you think implants is needed or any other hardmaxxes? I added more photos so maybe that helps

can you get fat grafts w trimax? the lefort will help my infras a little though right?
