First picture is before, second is after.

I’m around 5 months recovered from Otoplasty.

My ears were very flared before the surgery, but I still feel like they’re a little flared. And I can expect them to go even further out the next years like with most Otoplasty surgeries.

What do you think? Should I have asked the surgeon to pin my ears even closer to my head, or are the results good?

I don't know what the method is called. But the surgeon cut the ears from the back and cut out an "orange slice" of cartilage, before sewing it all back together. The top part of the ear was also stitched so that it angled more in towards the head. But this latter technique is not permanent and will slowly but surely fall out again.

I think u went as far as u should’ve

Coulda done a lil less even depending on lens distortion n such
