good luck with your scars, asymmetries... etc. otoplastics fail 90% of the timeNah like my hair short
why such high rate?good luck with your scars, asymmetries... etc. otoplastics fail 90% of the time
How do you know? Sounds like you don’t want someone to ascend tbh. That’s like saying every surgery failsgood luck with your scars, asymmetries... etc. otoplastics fail 90% of the time
it is difficult to find a good specialist doctor. In any case, they also leave you inside the sutures with very high risks of relapse. in 2020 it is not worth it.why such high rate?
do as you want bro. my advice is to leave long hair. How do you know? Sounds like you don’t want someone to ascend tbh

Damn you still got pain from a year ago? We’re they any complication after the surgery?Yes OP I had mine done in summer 2019. Quite satisfied of the result (althought that I still feel a little bit of pain but I'm sure it will go away at some point). The surgery alone didn't ascend me but I feel like an annoyance (ears that stick out) has been tossed out so I don't have this insecurity anymore.
Tbh there isn't that much pain left right now. I think that you gotta make sure that your surgeon use safe surgical methods ( I went to Mexico !). No complication overall, I pretty much believe that it might be the only "easy" and safe operation.Damn you still got pain from a year ago? We’re they any complication after the surgery?
Why were your ears still In lain after a year thoughTbh there isn't that much pain left right now. I think that you gotta make sure that your surgeon use safe surgical methods ( I went to Mexico !). No complication overall, I pretty much believe that it might be the only "easy" and safe operation.
It's only when I press my ears but even then it's a very slight feeling of "pain" nothing but that. According to some, it takes more than a year for everything to be normal. Why were your ears still In lain after a year though
Damn wtf? Did you have any swelling or anything ? Any hemotomas? It's only when I press my ears but even then it's a very slight feeling of "pain" nothing but that. According to some, it takes more than a year for everything to be normal.

The dude I talked to seems legitI got a botched otoplasty, giving me extremely asymmetrical ears.
i'm waiting to get the revision surgery, which will be free
Damn man I really should of never boxed. It fucked my ears up now they Stick out. So is otoplasty worth it? I’d be disappointed if they started to pop back outI got a botched otoplasty too. The surgery went fine, 3-4 weeks later ears started getting back to normal, then after 2 months they went back by like 50% and I'm definitely not happy with that. I knew they wouldn't be stuck to my head like after surgery but I didn't expect them to go back so much.
So my advice is when telling your surgeon how you want them, ask him to pin them back even more than he suggests.
As for the scars, nothing is noticeable so I'm happy with that.
What’s a suture? And my otoplasty is Gona cost me 4K in usdI had it done and I'm moderately satisfied.
Pros:
Cons:
- They protrude less, obviously. Very protruding ones are a big failo.
- The pain wasn't bad. A few days of painkillers
- Cheap as far as plastic surgery goes - around 900 in USD
The scars are there, but not really visible. Just weak lines you'd have to look very closely with a flashlight to notice them.
- They still protrude at the top. They looked great in the first weeks, but then they popped out a bit. I didn't want them pinned too close to my head as it would look even worse in my case, but still, I want to get another otoplasty/another method to pin them at the top again. It's not horrible like it was, but it's not good yet. I will get it after other producers like rhino because my nose is now the major failo (I knew it before otoplasty) and another otoplasty would make the nose appear even larger. Might get both at the same time.
- The folds of the ears are quite thicker and feel harder, it doesn't matter a lot and it's better than protrusion, but it's still quite meh
- Sutures kinda suck. I got 2 of them removed, but other ones can still be felt while touching. They're not visible but I don't like this.
I met with a doctor a few weeks ago. I need to get it done just saving up money. Keep me posted. You nervous at all?I’m booked in for next month. I have ear asymmetries. One sticks out more than the other and the top fold is flat compared to the other so I’m getting them both done to bring them in a bit.
I got quoted 1200 euros. I’m getting a local anesthetic rather than a general so I don’t need an anesthetist. I’m not nervous as I have been wanting this done since I was a child but my parents were always against the idea. Good luck bro. Yeah my parents tell me I don’t need surgeries. They don’t understandI got quoted 1200 euros. I’m getting a local anesthetic rather than a general so I don’t need an anesthetist. I will most definitely let you know how it goes
It's worth it just because it's cheap compared to other plastic surgeries.Damn man I really should of never boxed. It fucked my ears up now they Stick out. So is otoplasty worth it? I’d be disappointed if they started to pop back out
Idc about scars. I boxed for a few years and now my ears stick out hardcore fromI had otoplasty, absolute BEST decision of my life.
I remember when they took off the ear bandages/wrapping and being immediately euphoric.
I don't even what it's like to have protruding ears anymore, weird feeling seeing old pictures of me.
The only thing I dislike about otoplasty is the 2 scars on the back of your ears; however, they are not noticeable and haven't ever had anyone see them unless I show them.
I received all the documents earlier. I need to have a Covid-19 test 48 hours before surgery. I’m not looking forward to having that thing stuck up my noseGood luck bro. Yeah my parents tell me I don’t need surgeries. They don’t understand
