my athleticism is nearly recovered. I would say the only thing that holds me back is that i'm still not confident enough to train at 100% (due to the feeling that my legs might snap, which is bs ofcourse)

13keur in turkey, as for recovery, around 2,5 - 3,5 months after removal to walk again, and around 1 year to start running. It's different for everyone though, depends on how much you lengthen and how much you stretch.
