Of these shades, which ranges of skin tones are the most ideal? Alongside that, within your chosen range, what's the most ideal skin colour and why?
Here's a chart I found on the internet (my sister uses this foundation and she uses 2C1 - white/Arab):

In the poll, vote for the range (level 1 - 8) you think is the most ideal. There are 8 ranges (the range number is the first number on the code, for example shade 6W2, as known as Nutmeg, is range 6)

1 = lightest
8 = darkest

Examples of foids using the foundation (from each shade range):

I can’t answer this accurately. “Cool bone” in the image looks like a medium skin color shade for White men. But its name sounds like it should be really light.

I voted “2 — light medium” (before the OP added examples)

I've included some videos in the OP for the types of foids that use each shade range. 1 (light) is common amongst white women, and 2 (light medium) seems to be favoured by noodles/Meds.

Yea, noodles in Asia tend to be "light" whereas noodles in the west tend to use "light medium"
Referring to Chinese/Japanese/Korean/Taiwanese (NE noodles)
