No reason to leanmax beyond face. If you can look decent at higher body fats then really being lean is only good for maybe a few occasions out of the year when tf are you going to go swimming or something.

Looking big can help you out a lot just keep in mind your face may suffer. My face only lets me be lean but some can get away with a lot.
