I literally just saw a video of some guy saying how he was bored of lifting so he started playing sports and all the gymcels were like “noooo, only gym matters” i might make a thread on gymcels tbh, i used to post fitness content back In the day but eventually gave up realizing unless your the top 10% of genes or enhanced it’s best to not get into that field.
