Jfl this is after brushing my hair after shower, i didn't shower for 2 days and had a head band on my hair for those 2 days, this is the result, probably more then 100 hairs here

Yeah my hair is longish and my mother told me this is normal and she also loses this much after showering and brushing and still has good hair. I also tanned the night before don't know if it made some difference

You're not supposed to brush wet hair. It makes the hair more likely to break and get damaged.

Happy for you tbh.
Just make sure to track how much hair you are losing on a daily basis because I ignored the shedding I experienced years ago and I ended up losing my hairline as a result of it.
But I was a bluepilled fag back in those days tbh so I'm sure you'll find a solution should it get worse in the long run.
