Do you have recessed mandible? My mandible is too short compared to maxilla so they compensate and the lower incisors flare forward to meet the upper. My mandible and gonion is barely visible when biting normally, so I will need IMDO. If you are happy with how your side profile/mandible looks you may be able to get away with just getting some grafting like Ronald Ead and have an ortho align the teeth. (Think it’s called SFOT) Will need to find godly ortho tho

Most orthos should get their license taken away ,users on this forum could treat better. Last hope you have if you can’t get imdo or sfot is maybe there is enough alveolar room to move teeth without causing recession or other problems. Be careful tho I dont know for sure how this affects the face and you Need a good orthodontist gl finding one

it works like braces basically, your ortho was either retarted or you didn't wear your retainers. but with another orthodontic treatment you can move your teeth so that they will look normal. if the gums are fucked up you will need something else though
