OP I'm sorry to break it to you but there is no way to avoid a lefort 3 in your case. Some guys with overbites and midface hypoplasia can get away with a lefort 1, midface and orbital rim implants, but it looks like your entire orbital boxes and zygomatic arches are recessed BADLY.

Pic a good surgeon and get a lefort3. Good luck man.
