It's obviously an improvement. But the dude was clearly recessed and used fillers to give himself chad bones. He should've gotten a genio at the very least and then jaw implants for additional mass. Fillers should only be used for finishing touches.

bullshit. I got it twice, and even I got the cheapest version, it lasted sharp for at least 4 months. after that it started to dissolve but not like suddenly vanished out of blue.

What's the alternative? Implants? Most of them are garbage if you only want more angularity. They are only good for significantly changing the dimensions of your lower third. For angularity, fillers are the best. This dude shouldn't have gone for bimax for first, then implants for lower gonions and then fillers once every couple of months for angularity.

The major problem of fillers is when people exaggerate, then looks artificial as the guy in the picture, and very expensive. FIllers is not to create a perfect jaw/chin etc, but just to improve what you have

And as I said, fillers cant be exaggerated, problem is many people wants to max features with fillers. Also, needs a good Dr. to apply, problem that everyone nowadays apply it, because in theory is simple

I did jaw filler on myself 1 year ago, good results for angularity. After swelling went down the results from only 1ml per corner remained good for several months. I did a top up every 6 months or so with only 0.5ml per corner, the cost around $30 per ml, in total I spent less than $150. There has no been bloat or migration whatsoever and it's been a subtle but noticeable looksmax. Brand used was mona lisa ultra which is a korean filler.

A lot of people here post about fillers but don't actually have a clue about the subject, they just repeat what they read online. Fillers are really effective in certain spots, and if you have the ability to do it yourself you cut out almost all the cost.
