Yeah partially.

It’s not relevant in the grand scheme of things but it can help if you have failos in other areas.

People naturally look at your eyes first. So if your eyes are a brighter color, they grab attention quickly which pulls focus away from the rest of your face (making your other flawed features less noticeable).

It depends. I have very high scleral show, which nerfs brown eyes but compliments blue/green/hazel eyes.
