Muhh lean bulk muhh youll get uglier. Yes u should dirty bulk but there is a discoaimer. Use lots of peds. Thats the only way youll be a slayer. If u dont use any peds and u dirty bulk thats just a descension mission imo. Atleast peds keep ur bf in check and make u big asl and increasing ur smv. Especially if u have trained for atleast two years U SHOULD USE peds! Lean bulk wont work with peds only dirty bulk will gove u those nasty fucking gains. Luckily there is furosemide keeping ur bloat at a minimum. Id use 80mg every other day for optimal results. Muh kidneys. That shit wont do anything to ur kidneys. Furthermore it wont debloat u fily cuz ur diet is dirty and full of carbs and sodium. But atleast u wont look obese in the face. Some bloat will make u look healthier and younger assuming u are softmaxxing ur face during dirty bulk.
