You just have a very small ribcage and narrow clavicles.
But it's OK. From this angle, your hips are supposed to appear wider than they are IRL

but unless you dont have comically large (not yours) hips its not failo i guess. but you wont have that v taper look too.

So the good news is your proportions are within the normal range. But the bad news is one has to be significantly above average for sexual success in the age of hypergamy.

The best way to emphasize v taper is through increasing back width ( wide grip pull ups, and then weighted if you can do with good form, as well as lat cable pulldowns ) and back thickness ( even though rows aren't really for back width, they seemed to help me out with the width somewhat ) so focus on that area, and widening of shoulders through cable lateral raises and dumbbell raises as well as overhead barbell presses/dumbell presses.

Rows also target the rear delts, but best to isolate in addition with face pulls and rear delt flys.
