You can't just equal scorpio to sex and say that someone's sex life is good because they have a benefic in that sign, that's just not how astrology works. Scorpio by itself doesn't mean much, you have to look at a proper house and planets, then look for a kinky scorpio there. It's the sign that describes the planet, not the other way around. Jupiter in Scorpio in a random position in the chart doesn't deal with your sex life.
