Anypsychotics have made me feel good and gave me hunger for bulking but shit my face now is extremely puffy although I have abs and shit thanks to sarms my cheeks look 30% bf and my face is round because I eat 800-1000 grams of carbs a day

I eat only sugars, a lot of sweets and bakery and they make me hypoglycemic so that I want to eat even more after that. I also eat little protein to be hungrier

I eat like 120-150 g of protein but thats low in comparison to my other macros

I dont want to be small in clothes. Only high carbs make me look like I lift
I guess I just need buccal fat removal + permanently keep e2 and prolactin low
