over or bloated?

60 kg , 171 cm, 15 in a month. Someone said it’s baby fat and it should wear off in a few years. I might have bloated again bc I was at a sugar deficit and completely cut out junk food and ate only fruits for 2 weeks. I couldn’t resist the urge and now im back into the cycle again of eating fast food every few days. I don’t know my face shape and I already have stretch marks on my forehead because I have a habit whenever I do my hair in the shower I always face down and look up at my hair in the mirror instead of looking straight like a fucking normal person.
