Please help me ascend by friends say I have black heads and a oily big nose I dont know how to get rid of it Cera Ve doesnt help much, they say my only good feature is probably my eye area cuz my eyebrows are thick and i have really long eyelashes

Blackheads are not the problem here
You are heavily asymetrical and recessed
Idk if you Can fix that I think surgery is the i ku option

Sorry to say but your eye area is not a good feature eyebrows have good thickness but thats it your eyes arent very deep set and you have no browridge, and orbitals are recessed , plus nose is bulbous and severely asymmetrical as well as your high bf% and other rescissions, at least your just 13 so you can do a lot to help with some rescessions but will likely need multiple surgeries if you want to ever be even above avrage

Nose, lips and eyes. Eyes are not that asymetrical its hard to see but your nose and lips kinda terrible also your Chin is non existen (crazy recessed) and you have big overbite

Go to dentist and ask for palate expander if you’re actually serious about trying to do the ‘surgery’ route. Lose weight because I can tell you’re fat but start going to gym and eat a bunch of steak and chicken and fruits every day nothing else, try it for 30 days- see if you like the results or not.

Also start correct tongue posture and hard mew every day for at least 30 mins, I promise it isn’t complete cope as it compares to a palate expander

IS a palate expander techincally surgery idk but yeah I was planning on that and yeah im really fat I already go gym ive been going for a bit now and ive lost 5 kg on the scale but i still have more to do. Also is thumbpulling cope or not because if not I will do that as well.

A SARPE (Surgery assisted maxillary expander) is but you onlly need that if your pallet ha completely fused which dosent happen til like 25 for men so if u get a MSE or MARPE its not
