Sorry to say but your eye area is not a good feature eyebrows have good thickness but thats it your eyes arent very deep set and you have no browridge, and orbitals are recessed , plus nose is bulbous and severely asymmetrical as well as your high bf% and other rescissions, at least your just 13 so you can do a lot to help with some rescessions but will likely need multiple surgeries if you want to ever be even above avrage

Nose, lips and eyes. Eyes are not that asymetrical its hard to see but your nose and lips kinda terrible also your Chin is non existen (crazy recessed) and you have big overbite

For 13 it ain't bad . Go to the gym try not to lift heavy weights sleep 8+ hours daily eat calcium,zinc for bones and skin . Eat super clean. Eat a lot of hard stuff so your jaw can get better. A rihno is needed when older. Go to a dentist asap and see what you can do about your recession. But you're still growing up so don't worry

Getting lean with an mse( slightly superior to a MARPE) plus a facemask will help but don’t expect a total transformation and as for other things for you there are so many things it would be easier for you to do your own research for that sort of thing start with softmaxes then look into PED’s or surgeries when your older
