SunscreenOver the counter: cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen, that's it really.
Prescription or grey market: Tretinoin and isotretinoin.
You really don't need anything else.
Sunscreen is one of the two main pillars of skincare, the other being tretinoin. Primal bluds really just hate on shit because an influencer told them to.Sunscreen

Shit did nothing for me I was on it for like a month and haofAdapalene OTC works quite well
Studies show it has around the same effects as 0.025 tret
"Why does adapalene not work for me when i was only on it for 1.5 months?"Shit did nothing for me I was on it for like a month and haof
What about the sunscreen paradox? Also could you link the study? Thanks. The LARGEST sunscreen-skin cancer study EVER done (n=470,000) found sunscreen users faced dramatically higher risks of ALL major skin cancers:
Invasive melanoma: 292% HIGHER
Melanoma in situ: 258% HIGHER
Basal cell carcinoma: 140% HIGHER
Squamous cell carcinoma: 126% HIGHER.
Sun is law.
Have you though maybe there is a link between people who use sunscreen and the amount of time they stay out in the sun?The LARGEST sunscreen-skin cancer study EVER done (n=470,000) found sunscreen users faced dramatically higher risks of ALL major skin cancers:

Also are you aware of the study they did where they put people on optimal diets (no seed oils etc) and they were immune it sun damageWhat about the sunscreen paradox? Also could you link the study? Thanks.
All I see is cope. Keep putting artificial cancer causing mechanicals on your bodies biggest organHave you though maybe there is a link between people who use sunscreen and the amount of time they stay out in the sun?
People who use sunscreen arer the same people who stay in the sun for VERY long periods of time, even with sunscreen this still raises your risk of skin cancer significantly, there is also the fact that many people dont put enough sunscreen, dont cover their whole body or they dont reapply
Correlation does not equal causation
I’ve had things similar that worked that fast and much faster. You are retarded it should work in 8-9 weeks yes"Why does adapalene not work for me when i was only on it for 1.5 months?"
U retards dont stick to anything looksmaxxing wise and just say it doesnt work
You need to stay on it for atleast 2-3 months along with using sunscreen cleanser and moisturizier
In the study which you have listed the authors themselves admit that the evidence is associative at best, not even causative. The sunscreen paradox is yet to be addressed.![]()
Study Finds Sunscreen Use Linked to Higher Risk of Multiple Skin Cancers
A 470,000+ person study found sunscreen users faced dramatically higher risk of melanoma, basal cell carcinoma, and squamous cell carcinoma — even after accounting for major skin cancer risk factors.www.thefocalpoints.com
Seed oils do not affect whether you'll burn or not, please link the study, thanks. Also are you aware of the study they did where they put people on optimal diets (no seed oils etc) and they were immune it sun damage
Still haven't "debunked" the sunscreen paradox, I mean you've probably even seen it yourself truth be told, I know I have, people putting on sunscreen on the beach and just laying there cooking for hours on end thinking they're safe because they applied sunscreen, most people really do think like this. All I see is cope. Keep putting artificial cancer causing mechanicals on your bodies biggest organ
