Over time during puberty without doing anything can a neutral cantile tilt become slightly positive

not if your 16, maybe during early development due to bone structure still change so maybe a slight shift in the zygos, but if your 16 your prob too far gone

if you blast like 10-14 iu prob lol, not greatly though, you def might be able to get slightly positive tho

it is only really serious if you have a negative canthal tilt. Its one of the worst falios you can have if its severally negative, if you have a positive ct it will be overlooked though.

well hgh just speeds up development (so it grows everything including zygos) and helps you reach your genetic cap, thats why its paired with an AI or a partial AI to lower estrogen levels to prolong plate expansion, thats why some people even pair it with like minoxodil lmao
