I keep on eating more bloat foods, more calories and I just want to get leaner mane my bones are already there but I have a feelingwhen I hit that 12% BF mark imma be mogging even more how do I lock in chat cuz i have nothing to do all day and just start eating

Nahh I got the exact same problem, but I’m hovering around 12-13 ish. Need to lock in, go monk mode and get to like 10%.
