In her town there are hardly any young people or parties, just boomers (you can see that she's trying to go out and do activities, and there's basically no one outside, it's like a ghost town)

Her friends (as few as she had from high school) are gone

She failed to make a new circle of friends at university because nobody give a shit about her..

She was into kpop & k-drama in her teens, so she didn't like any white boys at that time, and no boys liked her in high school and early university, so she's still KHHV

She's pretty far away from home and family. She lives alone. University depresses her..
