I've been bullied for my appearance my whole life and I'd like to change it at least to the point where I can look at myself without disgust. Does anyone have any tips on how to improve?

like im not dirty bulking yk but im skinny af and when im in certain bf i cant gain muscle and when i have a little more fat i can gain muscles faster and thats why
