For face there's justmewbrah rating scale that is very good.

There's already plenty of facial attractiveness scales, but asking for physique, height, frame AND face is just asking for too much, it'd take weeks to come up, calculate and write every single objectve thing that comes into that rating PLUS make it appliable to every person.
