overbite after braces at 18

i’m 18 and had braces for about 2 years i got them removed in august and im not happy with the outcome my bottom jaw and my top jaw don’t allign and when i bite down the right side of my jaw isn’t activated it also caused me tmj and cooked my jaw entirely any recommendations as i’m going to the orthodontist tomorrow

The normal bite allignment should be where your top teeth slightly are in front of the bottom teeth. Your top and bottom shouldn't meet together by default at rest. As for TMJ you should go orthodontist to get that fixed before it causes any pain.
