ngl ur situation sounds rough but def not over

first thing is to ask the dentist about mse expander or tmj treatments that can help widen the palate and bring upper teeth forward a bit without pushing everything back. it’s kinda niche but some ortho dentists know this stuff.

also frfr make sure ur breathing thru ur nose 24/7 that’s like basic softmax even if u gotta tape ur mouth at night. good posture and tongue posture on the floor of ur mouth is key too.

don’t go full hardmax on the orthodontics though like just focus on fixing the bite function and aesthetics without sacrificing ur profile. maybe find a dentist who’s into facial aesthetics frfr.
