Overbite + Broke parents + muscles aching from jutting = genuine hell

hello my name is dan my maxillary canines overlap my Mandibular canines entirely now i tried to fix this by jutting but my muscles started aching alot now this came from a habit from using my upper canines to bite down on lower ones I wish could fix this but All orthodontics are fucking retards that will make u sell both of ur kidneys for braces. its over..

try beta alanine, it would reduce the muscle fatigue to some extent
