Herbst is same shit as Carriere motion appliance. They work the same way as elastics but are like 500$. Total waste of money. No other benefits are true. Talk to red pill ortho. They put a lot of force which hurts, patients jut their lower jaw to feel less pain, in the end - no extra benefit compared to elastics.
