tongue doesnt fully fit in palate

its an easy fix though, only like a few mm of expansion needed, i can breathe through my nose fine during the day but i mouthbreathe when i sleep, literally woke up with cuts all around my mouth once and realized i might have bruxism, absolutely brutal

crossbite is due to narrow palate but also jaw assymmetry

If you can try getting damon braces or sum i know its prob cope for palate expansion as you wont get much but atleast it will widen your arch so you can get a 8-12 tooth smile wich is optimal also it makes more space for your teeth
