Hello, today I noticed that I have a slight but noticable overbite and since my time on earth I knew I have a brutal asymmetry. Since I’m into bp etc. I also noticed I have a recessed maxilla a slightly recessed chin. I also got braces when I was younger (which obviously didn’t fix shit) and people never really cared about my chin or noticed my asymmetrical face. I also didn’t look too bad. But I also got some problems with talking when I’m talking faster. Today I noticed my overbite and researched a bit. A Overbite mostly comes speaking problems, small/weak chin, talking problems and a small face when relaxing your upper teeth on lower teeth. All these point actually fit my face. I asked ChatGpt what to do. He said to do an appointment at my orthodontist (which I will do) and that it’s possible that braces won’t fix it and that surgery may has to be done. My question is what you guys think. Had anybody ever the same thing and what did your dentist say? Is it possible that my dentist actually will do surgery or what will happen?
