I have a recessed chin and after researching i think the problem of this is my overbite.

Since my lower teeth are receding, could getting braces from the dentist be a solution to move them forward and make my chin appear more projected?

Braces move the teeth often, not the mandible
Get twinblock or herbst appliance, the mess with the bite at certain angles or pull the jaw forward constantly to aid it's growth and rotation
Mark as solution
I saw something that if ur teeth bend inwards its something to do with a small pallet idk if its true

overbite is normal

you are talking about deepbite

deepbite doesnt cause recession always just a deficit of vertical chin height

Get more chin projection with implants or roids, braces won’t fix ur skull
