overbite surgery advice (help a nigga out)

I have a slight overbite, what surgery do I get to correct this? lefort, bimax, braces? my jawline is defined but my nose is long and big so I'm afraid I need to project my mandible even more

Bimax is Lefort 1 + BSSO usually done at the same time

bsso for your lower jaw, and Lefort 1 for your lower maxilla/upper jaw

I'm not sure if you can have a Lefort 1 first and then bsso at a later date.

I think it would be better overall to save up and just get the bsso + Lefort 1 together as bimax

I would suggest to dm these users for more high IQ info. Since most users are just trolling you here.
