Overbite

So basically i have overbite that i want to fix. I went to dentist but he told me he couldnt make my lower jaw go fully bc back of lower jaws teeth was down. What should i do? Do i visit different dentist or let this dentis work on my overbite

dont make the same mistake as me and get braces for that. go to a maxillofacial surgeon for a consultation for a jaw surgery. I have to get all my orthodontic treatment reversed because they just camouflaged my overbite instead of treating it. im getting surgery next year but that could have all been done already if I knew I needed surgery.

this depends on how big your overbite is and how old you are but please just get a consultation. I am from germany and went to a university hospital and im getting it covered by insurance. I dont know about your case where you are from but for me this worked well

helped alot thanks, and also when i move my lower jaw infront and line front teeth way it suppost to be i cant chew food with my back tooth. will herbst fix that too? i dont wanna just move my jaw infront i also want to kinda do something so height of lower third wont decrease, is it even possible?

you are have deepbite not overbite. yes it works for this malocclusion too
