So I've been chewing on my molars and well ever since then I've actually gotten an overbite that is kind concerning. I would like to know if this is bad or good and why this might have occurred. Please and thank you.

I haven't gone. It's not noticeable but like I just wanted to know why I got an overbite

go to ortho and get bands but will make you more recessed

i have an overbite too, should i just wait to go and get a bsso or just double jaw. i dont know much about this so any help would be appreciated.
