yes underbite and overbite can be dental, meaning its just teeth position, meaning that mandible and maxila position can be fine (both could also be recessed tho)

kinda yes but technically the infras are part of the maxilla and zygo, but like bone growth isnt like perfectly straight so yes your maxilla could be projected, this is tho i promise you side dosen't matter. Like the thing is you dont really need to worry about forward growth too much. its just good if your maxilla and mandible is infront of ur brow ridge a little bit
i look in mirror and when i open my moouth almost all of my lower teeth are covered by upper and many people say that i dont need braces and that its minimal
It could be a deep-bite which I have aswell but I can't know without a picture, I wouldn't recommend braces I would recommend DJS.

like my chin is from some angles looks micromilimeter receesed i can chew normally but on some angles it looks projected
